Subject Info
The 15cm Nebelwerfer 41 (15 cm NbW 42) was a German multiple rocket launcher used in the Second World War. It served with units of the Nebeltruppen, German Chemical Corps units that had the responsibility for poison gas and smoke weapons that were also used to deliver high-explosives during the war. The name Nebelwerfer is best translated as “smoke mortar”.
Allied troops nicknamed it Screaming Mimi and Moaning Minnie due to its distinctive sound.[4]

Description
The 15cm NbW 41 was the first multi barrelled version of the Nebelwerfer to be issued to front line units. The first launchers appeared in late 1940 and were in full operation by 1941. It was mounted on the same carriage as the PaK 36 and this made it light and manoeuvrable. It was capable of firing six 150mm rockets in just 10 seconds, and a trained crew could fire three salvos in five minutes. They were formed in independent Werfer regiments.

The Nebelwerfer was painted with AK-Interactive 1945 PANZER COLORS set . For snow I used Snow Terains, Snow Microballos and Still Water.
